The PWPK Community Improvement District (CID) proposal is now in its final phase — and your vote matters. Property owners are encouraged to review the proposal and submit their vote to show their support for (or objection to) the CID’s establishment.

Download the relevant forms below and follow the instructions to submit your vote before the deadline. Every homeowner’s input helps shape the future of our neighbourhood’s safety, cleanliness, and community development.

We’ve made the voting process as simple and accessible as possible:

All voting forms must be submitted on or before Friday, 31 October 2025.

If you are unable to complete the online form, you can also:

  1. Download, print and complete the form below manually, then drop it off in one of the clearly marked Drop Boxes located at:
  • Spar, Plattekloof Shopping Village

  • Pick n Pay, Uys Krige Drive, Panorama

  • Kwik Spar, Malmesbury Road, Welgelegen

2. Email pwpkcid@gmail.com to request a CID SteerCom member to deliver a voting form to your home or collect your completed form.
If you are not the registered homeowner of the property,  please ensure that the appropriate Proxy form is completed and emailed to pwpkcid@gmail.com  .
*If you are not the registered homeowner of the property, please ensure that a completed proxy form is submitted together with your voting form (attach or staple them securely).
If you are submitting your form electronically, the proxy form must be uploaded and submitted together with your voting form.
